ACE Electrostatic
Generators
ACE electrostatic generators are used by a large number of companies belonging to different working sectors. Thanks to the quantity and type of products, the manufacturing versatility and the usage possibilities, the ACE generator series is nowadays the widest on the market. They produce electrostatic current to bond and fix films or paper on cardboard cores, films on cooling rolls (chill-rolls) belonging to cast-film plants, films before cutting on machines for shopper production, films on polished metal parts and many more applications.
Ace electrostatic generators with digital control board can also, on request, be provided with:
- voltage and current blocking system
- remote control
- data transmission

Generator with control panel type HF 50
Special electrostatic generator with two positive or negative outlets.
Assembled on the front of membrane keyboard panel and digital tools to regulate and display independent of voltage and current. The HF50 generator can be interfaced with the operating parameters of the machine on which they are installed.
