The picture shows the ACE technical instrument used to measure the surface resistance and the insulating resistance of the sleeves used with the ESA system.
It is used both to test the correspondence of the new sleeve to the electrical parameters required, and to point out the most suitable kind of existing sleeve to be applied with the ESA system.
