The universal antishock antistatic (astatic) bars we produce aim at eliminating the electrostatic charges causing serious damages in industrial manufacturing processes of plastic materials, rubber, fabrics, paper, coated materials and others.
The bars can be installed on equipment or production areas where discharges generated by electrostatic charges create serious troubles to manufacturing processes or hazardous conditions (fires, explosions etc.). Thanks to high mechanical resistance, they guarantee long service life and reliability. When connected to their feeder, they generate an antistatic wind (not an electric discharge) capable of neutralizing the source of the charges, and the related effects.
ACE technicians' experience and knowledge allow the design and manufacture of equipment meeting any technical requirement of the Customer, thus ensuring the highest operating reliability in compliance with all the current European and International safety standards.

Bar type BN/S
BN/S antistatic bars are obtained matching an ACE antistatic bar, type BN, and a tube with gauged holes, which can be attached to a compressed-air source.
The tube with gauged holes into which the compressed air is fed creates a thin blade of air, which guarantees that the deionising effect produced by the electrodes in the antistatic bar will be transported rapidly and over a good distance.
ACE's special brackets have been mounted on the edges of these antistatic bars. They have been designed in order to carry out different functions simultaneously.
Thanks to them, in fact, it's possible to join together the electrostatic bar and the tube with gauged holes for compressed air. The resulting deionizing unit will be then easily fastened to the frame of the equipment which needs the antistatic system, and finally oriented in the required directions (from 0 to 360 degrees), thus enabling a constant effectiveness towards the material to be brought to static equilibrium.

Flanged antistatic bars / antishock
This special unique antistatic ACE equipment (patented) has been designed and manufactured for use in demanding production processes. In addition to its exceptional and unique de-ionizing abilities it is constructed with special materials able to resist maximum temperatures of 250°C, and incredible mechanical stress deriving from its flange insertion in processes with pressures of up to 65 bar.
The range of this equipment is very vast, and there are so many possibilities on which to direct oneself depending on the various kinds of materials used for their construction* and the choice of the type of flange to be used. Amazing results have been achieved with this equipment in large industrial plants for the production of: polyolephines, chemical and pharmaceutical substances.
Their use is totally alternative to the employment of costly (and not always usable) antistatic additives, or partially replace the latter, with considerable cost savings in the production processes. Thanks to the many years of experience gained in the sector by its technicians, ACE is able to provide customers with the necessary support to guide them towards choosing the most appropriate equipment to meet their needs.
* All the anti-static flanged bars by ACE can be constructed with special resin.
