The ACE no-contact web cleaners were specifically conceived and designed to neutralise electrostatic charges and remove unwanted particles of dust and paper from rolls of plastic and metallized film, paper and corrugated board, nonwovens … , before the phases of printing, coating and laminating, rewinding, and after the cutting phase.
Indeed, it is well known that during various production processes the above materials become electrostatically charged, and therefore attract dust and dirt; furthermore, some of them (paper and corrugated board in particular) tend to release fine unwanted particles during cutting and unwinding, which deposit on printing matrixes with consequent devastating effects on the quality of the final product.
ACE's web cleaners guarantee to eliminate all these problems, allowing optimum print quality and impurity-free finished products.
The ACE web cleaner simultaneously cleans both sides of the web without touching them. The cleaning heads (through which the material passes) generate turbulent air currents (blown and sucked), which produce short-wave vibrations in the web to be cleaned.
The vibrations break the boundary layer along the web (created by the high-speed running) removing the particles of dust and/or paper present on either surface of the web.
The impurities collected by the cleaning heads are then sent via flexible tubes to the ACE cabins (sound-proofed cabins with filter/fan unit).
The cabins are equipped with special regulating devices that ensure the optimal dosage of blown and sucked air, according to the materials to be cleaned.
They are also provided with an internal filter, and thanks to this peculiarity, ACE's web cleaners are completely autonomous and don't need any further link and/or connection to convey the air sucked by the cleaning heads outside the working environment.
A control panel is also intalled on the cabins. It provides the customer with various working options, and furthermore allows the cabins to be interfaced with the control panels of the equipment ACE's web cleaners are installed on.
The cabins are also equipped with 4 wheels that enables them to be moved easily and fastly during the installation process, as well as during maintenance operations on the machines they are installed on.

NW 600
Cleaning system specifically conceived and designed for installation on narrow-web machines (up to 430 mm), where the spaces for the mechanical installation of the ACE device normally tend to be fairly restricted.
The ACE NW 600 cleaner is compact, and does not include those accessories unnecessary and unrequested for narrow web printing machines.
Easy to use, the system allows rapid and simple feeding of the material thanks to a special manual lifting system for the upper cleaning head.
The system NW 600 is composed by the sound-proofed cabin ACE SPB 60 and the cleaning head HC6.
