AK 1000
The ACE no-contact sheet cleaner type AK 1000 was specifically conceived and designed to remove unwanted particles of dust and paper from sheets and plates of plastic films, paper and corrugated board and tissue.
The sheet cleaner AK 1000 cleans one side of the sheet without touching it. The cleaning head HC 60 generates turbulent air currents (blown and sucked), which allows a simultaneous lifting and collecting of the unwanted particles. A special ACE antistatic bar with a powerful de-ionising effect is installed on the cleaning head. The blown-air generated by the cleaning head HC60 is created by the cabin ACE SPB 90 (optionally BA 30) made up of a fan unit and a filter.
The impurities collected by the cleaning head come back to the cabin SPB 90, or can be sent to the dust collector ACE DCU 30, provided with collecting bags and special filtering bags, through flexible tubes.

The blown-air generated by the cleaning head HC50 is created by the cabin ACE BA 30 made up of a fan unit and a filter.
The impurities collected by the cleaning head, instead, are sent to the dust collector ACE DCU 30, provided with collecting bags and special filtering bags, through a flexible tube (or more flexible tubes, according to the dimensions of the cleaning head). |
