WG70 system

This electrostatic system is used to wrap plastic films on cardboard and/or metallic cores on final winders of blown-film plants, without using glue or adhesive tape.

A special mechanic system, designed and patented by ACE, allows, together with electrostatic bars (BA/STN, BA/STN-PRINT or SE R40), to charge the film during its cutting operation and before its subsequent wrapping on a new core.

The system WG70 can also be installed as retrofit on winders of blown-film plants already existing, thanks to special accessories provided by ACE.
