Chill Charging System

In the web offset printing of particularly light paper, when working at high speeds, air cushions form between the paper and the chill-roll.
The ACE electrostatic “Chill Charging” system eliminates the air layer that separates the paper ribbon from the chill-roll, thus ensuring better thermal transfer.

The resulting advantages are:
