Clear Tube System
The ACE "Clear Tube" antistatic system brings about the elimination of electrostatic charges present in materials (offcuts from plastic film, paper, metallized materials, powders and granules...) being carried through pneumatic transportation systems.
Thanks to its exceptional ionising efficiency, the system prevents the agglomeration and compression of materials within the transportation tubes, which is a frequent cause of system stoppages, and/or costly rejection of finished products.
The system consists of a special reinforced tube supplied by the waste handling equipment manufacturer, the final user or ACE, on which are mounted ACE BN/PR antistatic bars, connected to an ACE high-voltage power supply to be positioned close to the tube itself. The tube is then installed in line with the existing tubing.
The number of bars installed on the tube and their diameter/length vary according to the existing pneumatic transportation system and to the feasibility evaluation carried out by ACE technicians. |
