Trastatic / Pilostatic

The trastatic device draws and conveys to the ground (through Pilostatic) all electrostatic charges it receives.
It is specially suited for installation on dust extraction systems, chemical and pharmaceutical plants and all those material containers (surge or storage tanks) which may electrostatically get charged due to their molecular nature. Trastatic is particularly suited for systems where high percentages of chemical solvents are used.

The pilostatic, suitably connected to Trastatic equipment, conveys the electrostatic charges to the ground.
The grounding connection can be carried out either on the metal part of the machine or through ground plates.
It draws the charge existing in Trastatic and drives it to the ground in proportional times to charge intensity, with no sparks at all.
It is an autofeed appliance therefore no external electrical supply is required. It is housed in a die-cast, aluminium box. The internal electronic circuit is soaked with a special resin which increases the insulation class and enhances the mechanical resistance.
