Digital Printing
The major manufacturers of digital printing machines posed us a new challenge: totally remove the paper dust which limits the life of the print head and increases the need for support and maintenance of the machines.
This need is generated by the use of increasingly broad range of supports and the desire to reduce the printing unit operating costs. The answer is the new ACE system DM 1000 DG, consisting of a dedicated cleaning head that never has a contact with the paper. The head is placed on a support designed to be independent from the unwinder, and allow the positioning of the same according to the required input angle of the paper.
A new concept of filtering unit completes the DM1000 DG, minimum footprint, self-cleaning filter, remote display of the working unit condition and integration of the commands in the machine controls.
