DESCRIPTION
The ACE EP/3 electrostatic charging bars fixing the edges have been specially designed to meet the most complex needs during the production of the film on Cast extrusion machines.
The powerful action of these bars firmly fixes the edges of the film on the chill-roll at maximum operating speed, thus eliminating the problems of shrinking the film in the extrusion process.
All edge fixing systems by ACE are equipped with special interchangeable tips that thanks to their technical characteristics guarantee the highest performance, providing 100% efficiency and safety to Cast lines.
In the foreground the Edge Pinning Bar is visible. Two bars are installed, one for each side of the film.
Here above a perfectly flat film edge is visible, thanks to the homogeneous charge of ACE Edge Pinning Bar.
