DESCRIPTION
This ACE device is installed toperform the electrostatic winding of plastic films, non woven fabric and thin papers, on cardboard or metal cores without having to resort to the normal use of glues or adhesive tapes.
The system consists of anACE special electrostatic charged barconnected to a generator, thanks to which the bar creates an intense and homogeneous electrostatic ionization able to guarantee a perfect and safe adhesion of the material on the core.
The type of static bar to be used (as well as the electrostatic generator coupled to it), varies in function of the machine on which the system will be installed.
The device can be used both on machines with stationary gear and in speed, and is normally installed on final winders of cast-film systems, extrusion coating lines, rewinder cutters, flexo machines and other machines with final winders which allow the installation.
