CLEAN PRODUCTS AND HEALTHY WORK ENVIRONMENT
One of the main sectors of the paper industry in which ACE has been active is that of the Tissue. Consumers become much more attentive to the characteristics of the product, especially if the items in question come into contact with the human skin or in particular with the private parts, and the increased social sensitivity towards the environment requires a particular attention to the elimination of dust which is generated during the printing and converting processes.
In support of the tissue paper industry and in cooperation with leading machine manufacturers, ACE has developed customized and highly advanced systems, that can remove large amounts of dust. This dedusting systems have spread rapidly in the market thanks to their efficiency.
The ACE systems of the DM series in fact do not act solely for the elimination of dust in the environment, but perform an effective and higher dedusting of the material thanks to their combined technology of blow, suction and elimination of electrostatic charges.
Their special effectiveness does not reside solely in the construction technology of the filtering units, but also in the known action of the cleaning heads able to create shortwave vibrations on the material in order to remove all the embedded dust on both sides of the veil.
